The Morgan apple tree was acquired several years ago from a vivacious lady from the old artist colony of Laguna Beach. The original Morgan apple tree was planted at her home by a charming Dr. from Texas, in the late 1960’s. The fruit is medium to large red, lightly striped apple with outstanding dense, yellow flesh which is pleasantly sweet with a bit of acidity for balance.
